The Casa Condominiums, located in Port Aransas TX is accepting and reviewing applications to for a full time groundskeeper. Casa Condominiums is a 52 unit condominium property located directly on the beach. Casa offers a dynamic and exciting work environment with comprehensive training, mentoring and hands on training. At this time, Casa Condominiums is in the process of reopening our rental program to guests and renters. Casa is looking for a motivated individual, with a flexible schedule, who can jump on board with our hard-working team to welcome guests and renters again! Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Flexible schedule - must be available to work weekends and holidays Dependable, detail oriented, self motivated Excellent customer service and people skills Critical thinking Problem solving skills Reliable transportation You will be responsible for, but not limited to, the upkeep of the property which will include: boardwalk area, pool/spa area and common areas. Trash clean up/removal Sweeping the grounds Treating for weeds Cleaning off tables and chairs in pool area And more.... We offer a GREAT benefit package after 60 days that includes medical, dental, vision and life insurance. The package is 100% free for our employees. With that said, our pay is competitive and we also offer paid holidays. After one year of employment, employees will receive 5 paid vacation days and after two years, you will receive 10 paid vacation days!
