Event Description:

Join us for a series of Thursday workshops with artist and instructor Kelly Schaub. A theatre artist and administrator for over 30 years, Kelly Schaub now lives full-time in an RV, traveling and creating. With a focus on mixed media and paper collage, she works primarily with vintage ephemera and hand-painted papers. A member of the Rockport Center for the Arts, Art Center of Corpus Christi, and Port Aransas Art Center, Kelly is currently in Rockport, where she rode out Hurricane Harvey last year. Creating daily collages, with quirky takes on vintage imagery and exploring more abstract mixed media collage work, Kelly is getting ready to launch online collage courses and resources in 2019.
